The functions menu bar at the bottom. The active language is English,
as indicated by the red arrow. Flags would be much more visible.
We tried to create a user-friendly upriver-news.ca . Part of this concept is also to communicate with our Acadian neighbours in their mother-tongue. We therefore started to translate the pages into French and one can select the language the page is to appear in. The selector is located in the bottom bar at the right end of the bottom menu bar (see picture). The red arrow indicates the active language. This selector is hard to locate though. We would therefore prefer to use flags. French would be simple, the Acadian flag but what would we use to identify the English-speaking Canadian? Good ideas would be really helpful and appreciated. If you could supply a .jpg file showing your idea it would be better stll!
Thank you for your thoughts!
